Smart Start is designed specifically for those that have never tried CrossFit.
We’ll teach you all the basic movements so you’ll be ready to join the regular classes. We understand that many people in this course may be “out of shape.” That’s why we start each member at a level they can handle and increase the difficulty when they are ready.
The course will meet for 2 regular classes. Each session you’ll have a coach working along side you as the class is lead by an instructor. We will be walking you through step by step.
