CrossFit main floor is our regularly scheduled classes consisting of all skill groups. These classes focus on you achieving well-rounded fitness. Workouts are different every day and modified to help each athlete achieve his or her goals.
CrossFit uses safe, effective and efficient movements similar to those you use every day in life.
Each time you walk in, you’ll train with a small group and a coach that will be leading you through each workout to ensure your safety and progression. Classes are held every week day.
